Orders are shipped Once a week with Austrlian post. All prints are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped out in either a sturdy cardboard tube or envelope, depending on size. If you need your print to arrive on or before a particular date, please contact me before placing your order at jamesianelder@gmail.com and I will do my very best to accommodate your request.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item within 14 days of purchase, as long as it arrives back to us in perfect condition. Please reuse the packaging the artwork was sent in. If you have made a mistake when placing your order please contact me within 24 hours at jamesianelder@gmail.com
